Polyprufe is a Polyurea spray coating.Polyurea is being recognised internationally as the ultimate coating system for roofs, basements, bunds , steels, tank linings and a lot more.
As a testimony to it durability and suitability for all of the above. It is used on the hulls of ships and barges, Aircraft carrier decks. North sea oil rigs/ platforms for corrosion protection and asbestos encapsulation and in some of the harshest conditions in the world for pipe work protection.
The system has been developed over the last 20 years for use in waterproofing for basements, reservoirs, roof and deck finishes, concrete and steel protection, tank lining, asbestos encapsulation, pipe protection, bund lining.
Polyprufe combines fast curing, even at very low temperatures, and water insensitivity with exceptional mechanical properties, chemical resistance and durability.
The system is very cost-effective and the Polyureas out-perform conventional solvent-based products.
Polyprufe is a high quality Waterproof elastic sprayed membrane. Which has many advantages over traditional waterproofing systems. Due to its quick installation and high chemical and abrasion qualities.
Polyprufe is hot spray applied by
MACLENNAN-LSE, through a Plural
Component Proportioning system. Once the system has been sprayed it can take
foot traffic after 10 seconds and light vehicular traffic after a few hours.
Polyprufe is a high end, seamless sprayed, and Polyurea based elastomere with excellent mechanical and chemical properties.
